3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders placed with ABS Papers are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Custom orders (size/GSM/cutting/design) require confirmation and may have different processing times.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled, we may offer a suitable replacement or issue a refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices may vary depending on order quantity, customization, or market conditions.
  • Payment must be made through approved methods: UPI, Net Banking, Cards, Wallets, or COD (if available).
  • For bulk and B2B orders, advance payment may be required.
  • We are not responsible for payment failures due to technical issues on the user’s end.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on location, order size, and product type.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, holidays, or unforeseen events.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier/transport service.
  • Any incorrect delivery information provided by the customer may lead to delivery failure.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Only defective, damaged, or incorrect products are eligible for return.

  • Refunds are processed only after product verification.

7. Custom Orders & Specifications

For customized orders such as:

  • Specific GSM
  • Custom sizes
  • Die-cut papers
  • Watermarked sheets
  • Bulk industrial rolls
  • Design printing sheets

The customer agrees that:

  • Production may vary by ±5% in GSM or sizing due to industry standards.
  • Custom products cannot be canceled once manufacturing begins.
  • No refund is provided unless the product has a verified defect.

8. Warranty & Product Quality

  • ABS Papers guarantees that all products are checked for quality before dispatch.
  • Paper characteristics such as texture, color, and GSM may slightly vary due to manufacturing tolerances.
  • We do not provide any express or implied warranty beyond the product specifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

ABS Papers is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss due to misuse, improper storage, or handling of products
  • Delays caused by third-party courier services
  • Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Website downtime, errors, or technical glitches

Our maximum liability is limited to the order value only.

10. User Account & Confidentiality

  • Customers are responsible for protecting their login credentials.
  • ABS Papers is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by customer negligence.
  • The company may contact customers for order updates, promotions, or support as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, including product descriptions, logos, images, branding, and website layout, is the intellectual property of ABS Papers.
  • Reproduction, distribution, modification, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
